OUTSECT provides custom web engineering, design, and maintenance services. The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.
3. Payments and Fees
Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the services as outlined in the project agreement. We typically require a deposit before commencing work, with subsequent payments linked to project milestones.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the ownership of the final website deliverables will be transferred to the client. OUTSECT retains the right to display the project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
OUTSECT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
